Nearly a year has elapsed since launch's previous phase! How?! It resembles its predecessor, but phase 3 is more efficient, having shed several programs and accumulated others. See for yourself!

Icons that weren't bundled with their related programs were created by Chris Banks, Greg Barnes, Janik Baumgartner, Mihaiciuc Bogdan, Everaldo/Yellowicon, Exhumed, Fatcow Web Hosting, Iconshock, IconsMind, MadScienceLabs, Papirus Development Team, Starvingartist, Tatice, and me! NOS2's and Windoesn't's icons were respectively extracted from OS/2 2.1 and Windows 3.1/3.11.
